Amazon Web Services unveiled Quick Suite on October 9, 2025, marking the cloud giant’s most aggressive push yet into the enterprise AI workspace market currently dominated by Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini. The comprehensive agentic AI platform, priced competitively at $20 per user per month, directly challenges rivals while promising to deliver “everything you want to do with ChatGPT at work, but can’t,” according to AWS marketing chief Julia White.
“ChatGPT is great, but, you know, you can’t use it at work,” White told Bloomberg, highlighting the security barriers that have prevented widespread enterprise adoption of consumer AI tools. This positioning directly targets businesses reluctant to use unsecured AI platforms with sensitive corporate data.
The platform features over 50 built-in connectors to popular enterprise tools including Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Slack, and Microsoft Office 365, with support for connecting to more than 1,000 additional applications through APIs and Model Context Protocol servers. Companies like Propulse Lab have already achieved an 80% reduction in customer service ticket handling time using Quick Suite during testing phases.
Enterprise Automation and Research Capabilities
Quick Suite’s standout features include Quick Research, an AI agent capable of generating comprehensive business reports by synthesizing data from internal databases and external sources including real-time information from over 200 outlets. The research agent performed best in DeepResearch Bench testing, providing superior accuracy and reliability compared to competing research tools.
The platform’s automation tools range from Quick Flows for routine tasks to Quick Automate for complex multi-department processes. Amazon’s own Finance team uses Quick Automate to reconcile thousands of invoices monthly, while other internal teams have reduced tasks from days to minutes. Early customer Kitsa reported analyzing clinical trial sites in days rather than months, achieving 91% cost savings in the process.
Quick Suite launches with general availability in four AWS regions and includes a 30-day free trial for up to 25 users. AWS expects to expand regional availability in coming months as it battles Microsoft and Google for dominance in the rapidly growing enterprise AI market, where businesses increasingly seek unified platforms that eliminate the need to switch between multiple AI tools.
