Indian government will launch Bharat Taxi in Delhi next month, offering a cooperative, driver‑owned alternative to Ola and Uber. Built with NeGD, the pilot starts with 650 owner‑driven vehicles and will expand to 20 cities by 2030, targeting 1 lakh drivers.
