EatClub, the parent company of popular cloud kitchen brands Box8 and Mojo Pizza, is raising ₹185 crore (around $22 million) in fresh funding led by Tiger Global. The round also saw participation from A91 Partners and 360 ONE Asset Management. According to regulatory filings accessed from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), EatClub’s board has approved a special resolution to issue 11,830 preference shares to raise the capital.
Tiger Global is contributing the largest share with an investment of ₹126 crore, followed by ₹37.5 crore from A91 Partners and ₹21.2 crore from 360 ONE Asset Management, through its Monopolistic and Opportunity Fund. Founded in 2012, EatClub has built a strong presence in India’s fast-growing food delivery space by operating a tech-driven, full-stack cloud kitchen model. The fresh capital will help the company strengthen its brand portfolio, expand operations, and potentially raise more in this round.
