This move, finalized a year after Minute Media broadened its sports tech and content offerings, aims to provide a comprehensive solution for leagues, teams, marketers, publishers, and rights holders. Magnifi uses AI to automatically identify key moments, produce real-time highlights, and efficiently distribute short-form video content.

The integration of VideoVerse promises to enhance Minute Media’s value within the sports content landscape, expanding partnership opportunities. Minute Media plans to implement a fully integrated solution for content creation, distribution, and monetization, reinforcing its relationships with major sports organizations globally. Current Magnifi users will gain access to Minute Media’s distribution and monetization tools, improving the ROI of their video content.
