Favcy Venture Builders today announced that their startup reality show Kal Ke Krorepati: Chottey Sheher, Bade Sapne will stream on JioHotstar, bringing real founder stories from India’s heartland to a national audience
Favcy Venture Builders announced that it has acquired the entrepreneurship show Kal Ke Krorepati, and that the season Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne will stream on JioHotstar, giving the small-town founder series a national window. The company said the deal gives Favcy full creative and strategic control of the format, while the streaming tie-up expands reach as more viewers seek stories that foreground revenue and resilience over blind blitz-scaling. Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne will “spotlight Bharat’s most authentic founder stories,” Favcy said, without disclosing the deal terms.
“We have unified content, capital, and community with our boldest acquisition,” Favcy founder and managing director Pranav Chaturvedi said in a statement, framing the move as an attempt to grow the property beyond episodic television into a broader founder platform. “We are grateful for all the support of JioHotstar, which is enabling us to turn attention into outcomes. With this acquisition, we now have content on screen, diligence off screen, progress in between.”
Favcy said it intends to bring the on-screen momentum into post-show mentorship and funding with its 1to10 Accelerator by Favcy. That ambition will test whether a format built on founder stories can convert viewers’ belief into strong businesses.
MilapSinh Jadeja, founder of Iroller Capital and creator of Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne, said on the occasion, “Seeing Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne stream nationwide, as the next season raises the bar, is exactly what we had hoped for when we created the format.”
Kal Ke Krorepati has historically focused on operators outside India’s metros; Favcy said the JioHotstar window is meant to push those stories to a wider audience. The company also said it is preparing a new season with a refreshed format now, which is in creative production.
