Cloudera has announced a strategic partnership with Krutrim, the AI startup founded by Bhavish Aggarwal, to support large-scale analytics and data lake workloads for Ola and Krutrim Cloud. The Cloudera-based infrastructure, which currently powers Ola’s operations, will soon be available to other enterprise customers via Krutrim Cloud. Through this collaboration, Krutrim aims to leverage Cloudera’s capabilities to unlock the full potential of data and AI, enabling advanced analytics, improving customer experiences, and supporting AI training and inference at scale.
Krutrim is building a vertically integrated cloud infrastructure tailored for enterprise-scale needs. This includes compute, storage, data management, and AI-powered applications specifically designed for the Indian market. Its AI computing stack features foundational models for text, voice, and video, built to suit India’s rich linguistic and cultural diversity. The partnership is expected to accelerate innovation and create a robust AI ecosystem, benefiting not just Ola but enterprises across sectors.
