Truva, a Mumbai-based proptech startup, secures $9 million in funding led by Stellaris and Orios Venture Partners, with debt from Stride Ventures. Angel investors like Mukesh Bansal and Ramakant Sharma also participated. Founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, Truva will use the funds to expand into Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, enhance its TruIQ valuation engine, and streamline services like property staging and legal due diligence. The platform has already powered over ₹500 crore in transactions across Mumbai micro-markets.
