Hudle which is one of India’s leading platforms for sports and fitness communities, has raised $2.5 million in its Series A round led by Sky Impact Capital. The round also saw backing from Physis Capital, Atrium Venture, and prominent individuals like 12-time Grand Slam winner Mahesh Bhupathi, TV host Gaurav Kapur, and the founders of Blue Tokai and Nitro Commerce. This fresh infusion of capital will accelerate Hudle’s efforts to make recreational sports more accessible and engaging. The company is set to introduce key product enhancements including smooth booking experiences, smart match discovery, and performance tracking features especially for emerging sports like pickleball and padel, both witnessing rapid adoption in India. In a notable move, Hudle will also launch India’s first-ever sports rating system in August, allowing players to measure progress and connect with peers of similar skill levels. Alongside, the company aims to expand its network of partner venues across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities to meet the growing appetite for community sports.
