PhonePe has announced a strategic alliance with OpenAI, a global leader in AI, to broaden the adoption of ChatGPT among Indian consumers and drive shared business growth. This collaboration integrates ChatGPT’s capabilities into the PhonePe platform, enabling more Indians to experience the benefits of advanced AI. The initiative aims to improve user experiences by providing intelligent and pertinent information for daily activities, ranging from travel planning to shopping.
ChatGPT will be easily accessible via PhonePe’s consumer and business applications, leveraging the PhonePe ecosystem, including the Indus Appstore. As generative AI gains traction in India, this partnership seeks to explore new user applications.
