The company plans to use the fresh investment to support its international expansion and strengthen its technology and product capabilities.
Bengaluru-based Kapture CX has raised $10 million in a pre-Series B funding round, with Bajaj Finserv Ventures (BFSV), part of Bajaj Finserv, leading the investment. Existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives also took part in the round.
Kapture CX is a verticalized full-stack agentic AI platform established in 2014 by Sheshgiri Kamath and Vikas Garg. Built for large enterprises, the platform combines AI agents, operational intelligence, and human oversight into a single system to manage high-stakes workflows and help businesses handle complex operations at scale.
The company believes enterprises often struggle with AI adoption because they rely on multiple point solutions from different providers. According to Kapture CX, businesses need a full-stack agentic AI platform that understands industry-specific requirements and can deliver customized solutions for complex workflows, which is the gap the company aims to address.
To support this approach, Kapture CX has built and optimized its entire technology stack, covering AI models, the agentic layer, and the user interface. The company says this enables enterprises to deploy AI at scale without having to integrate multiple solutions from different vendors. It also noted that its platform is deeply verticalized, allowing AI models to be fine-tuned for different industry sectors.
According to the company, the newly raised capital will be used to expand into multiple global markets while continuing investment in research and development and product development.
The latest round comes after Kapture CX raised $4 million in an extended Series A funding round led by India Alternatives in December 2023. Earlier, in July 2023, the Bengaluru-based company secured another $4 million in a Series A round led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP).
Kapture CX claims its platform is trusted by more than 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries. Its customer base includes Bajaj Finance and several companies within the Tata Group and Reliance Group. The company also said it partners with multiple consulting firms and hyperscalers.
In the enterprise AI market, Kapture CX competes with Salesforce, Decagon, and Sierra AI.
Bajaj Finserv Ventures has remained active in the AI and technology investment space this calendar year. The firm recently led an $8.6 million funding round in NowPurchase, an AI-enabled B2B platform for metal manufacturers, and a $25 million round in Assiduus Global, an AI-powered cross-border, multi-platform e-commerce accelerator.
