Enterprise AI startup Kapture CX has raised $10 million in a pre-Series B funding round led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, with participation from Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives. The Bengaluru-based company will use the funds to expand globally and strengthen its AI technology, research, and product development. Serving over 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries, Kapture CX offers a full-stack agentic AI platform designed to help large enterprises automate complex, industry-specific workflows. The latest funding is expected to accelerate the company’s international growth while enhancing its AI capabilities for enterprise customers.
