Apple has introduced a new permission popup when certain AI prompts are routed to Google Cloud, spotted in Creator Studio and iOS 26/27 betas. The popup informs users their prompt will be sent to Google servers but not used for training, with options to approve each time or auto‑accept. This applies only to select third‑party AI functions like image/shape generation, separate from Apple’s Foundation Models and Private Cloud Compute.
