Microsoft has launched Microsoft Frontier Company, backed by a $2.5 billion investment, to help enterprises deploy AI at scale. The initiative will deploy 6,000 AI engineers and industry experts to support AI implementation while protecting customer data and intellectual property. Businesses can choose from multiple AI models, and Rodrigo Kede Lima will lead the new venture as its president. The move comes as competition in enterprise AI services continues to intensify.
