Anthropic has partnered with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to launch a new AI services company focused on deploying its Claude model into the core operations of mid-sized businesses.
Anthropic said the new organization will work with companies across sectors to integrate Claude into critical workflows, with Applied AI engineers from Anthropic collaborating alongside the firm’s engineering team. The aim is to identify high-impact use cases, develop custom Claude-powered systems, and provide long-term support for customers. The venture is backed by a consortium of alternative asset managers, including General Atlantic, Leonard Green, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.
The company is positioned as an extension of Anthropic’s delivery capacity to organizations such as community banks, mid-sized manufacturers, and regional health systems that may lack internal resources to build and manage advanced AI deployments. Anthropic noted that systems integrators in its Claude Partner Network currently lead large-scale implementations for major enterprises, and the new firm is intended to broaden that reach to the mid-market.
Describing how engagements will unfold, Anthropic said projects typically begin with a small team working closely with a customer to determine where Claude can deliver the most value. Engineers from the new company and Anthropic’s Applied AI group then design and implement tools tailored to existing workflows. In one example, a multi-site healthcare services group could use Claude-based tools to streamline documentation, medical coding, prior authorizations, and compliance reviews, freeing clinicians to spend more time on patient care.
The new services firm will also join Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, which includes consulting and systems integration partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC. Anthropic said it continues to expand this ecosystem with additional programs, funding, and dedicated teams to support partners as Claude is adopted across more industries.
