The facility will anchor the upcoming Odisha Sovereign AI Park, designed for AI‑optimised infrastructure. Sarvam contributes Indian foundation models, while HCLTech brings enterprise AI expertise. The broader plan includes ~₹15,000 crore investments and a 5,000‑seat Global Delivery Centre by 2028, positioning Odisha as a hub for sovereign AI and digital services.
