Andhra Pradesh has signed memorandums of understanding (MoU) with Aramex and Zoho to expand support for micro, small and medium enterprises under its APMSMEONE initiative. The agreements, announced on May 25, 2026, aim to strengthen export pathways and accelerate digital adoption for MSMEs in the state.
The government’s MoU with Aramex is designed to create new global opportunities for MSMEs in Andhra Pradesh by leveraging the logistics company’s international network. The partnership is intended to help enterprises access cross-border markets and improve their export capabilities through enhanced logistics support.
Separately, the state has partnered with Zoho to accelerate digital adoption among MSMEs through the APMSMEONE platform. As part of this partnership, Zoho’s products and services will be integrated into the platform to help MSMEs adopt digital tools for core business functions.
APMSMEONE is the state government’s central digital platform for MSMEs, managed by the AP MSME Development Corporation. The initiative aims to identify MSMEs across manufacturing, service, trade and retail sectors through surveys and bring them onto a single digital platform. Through APMSMEONE, registered MSMEs can access comprehensive support including market linkages, credit linkages and credit guarantee support, and can request specific services offered by the platform.
The portal also provides access to skill-upgrade programs such as RAMP training (ESDP, BDS, ZED, IPR) and workshops to help enterprises scale. The government says the platform enables entrepreneurs to log in, update business information and access online support relevant to starting and operating a business in the state.
These new MoUs align with the broader goal of making APMSMEONE a one-stop destination for MSME growth, combining digital enablement with export facilitation.
