Larsen & Toubro has signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu government to invest ₹18,600 crore across data center, electronics manufacturing, and shipbuilding projects. The largest investment, ₹15,000 crore, will fund a data center expansion in Kancheepuram. The three projects are expected to create over 8,000 jobs and support the state’s digital infrastructure, manufacturing, and offshore renewable energy ambitions.
