Emergent has raised $130 million in a Series C funding round led by Creaegis, reaching a $1.5 billion valuation and becoming a unicorn just over a year after its public launch. The AI software creation platform says users have built over 12 million applications globally, with participation from investors including SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed and Y Combinator.
