NVIDIA unveiled Rubin, a revolutionary AI infrastructure platform, the first designed around a fully liquid-cooled architecture. It removes fans from servers and networking via a closed-loop system, using 75% water and 25% propylene glycol. Coolant enters chips at 45 degrees Celsius, exits at 55 degrees Celsius, reducing energy, water, and noise, while enabling higher rack density and waste-heat recovery. NVIDIA positions Rubin as a step toward efficient, sustainable hyperscale AI data centers
