Kayess Square raises INR 10 Cr in pre-Series A

Kayess Square, a Bengaluru-based finance and advisory firm co-founded by Sathya Pramod and Shivadutt Bannanje, secured ₹10 crore in a pre-Series A round led by Vakil Housing. Key participants included Parthasarathy NS and others. The funds will enhance advisory services and strengthen core areas. Kayess Square offers CFO advisory, M&A support, due diligence, and tax services to startups and growth-stage companies. In 2025, it acquired Consark Advisory Services LLP’s tax division. With over 4,000 projects and 100+ clients, Kayess Square plans to attract top talent and expand geographically, building a scaled advisory platform.
