ServiceNow is doubling down on AI with a fresh collaboration alongside Anthropic, embedding Claude models deep into its platform to turbocharge enterprise app development and critical business processes especially in healthcare and life sciences.
Claude steps up as the default power behind ServiceNow’s Build Agent, letting developers of any skill level spin up agentic workflows that reason, act, and execute on their own through plain natural language prompts. Internally, ServiceNow has rolled out Claude and Claude Code to its 29,000-strong workforce, slashing sales prep time by up to 95% and speeding engineering tasks from idea to code.
The partnership plugs Claude into ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower for tight governance, monitoring, and compliance as companies scale AI across departments. In high-stakes fields like healthcare, it promises to shrink claims processing from days to hours while cutting costs, leveraging Claude’s top marks on medical benchmarks. ServiceNow eyes a 50% faster rollout for customers, from sales chats to live deployment.
“ServiceNow with Anthropic is turning intelligence into action,” CEO Bill McDermott said, while Anthropic’s Dario Amodei stressed weaving AI into daily work for real impact. This multi-model strategy building on OpenAI ties arms ServiceNow customers with Claude alongside other options, handling 80 billion workflows yearly.
Now live for enterprise users, the combo targets agentic automation that moves beyond chat to true execution.
