Accor has launched its new ALL Accor booking app within ChatGPT, becoming one of the first major hotel groups to establish a direct presence inside the AI platform’s expanding app ecosystem. The integration enables travelers to search Accor properties, compare rates, explore amenities, and initiate bookings using natural language conversation.
The feature allows users to enter destination, travel dates, and guest details directly in ChatGPT. They can then view available hotels, public rates, and loyalty-member pricing for Accor’s ALL Live Limitless program, before completing their reservations securely on Accor’s own booking site. This ensures guests retain access to loyalty points and other member benefits while interacting through AI tools.
Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, said the initiative aims to simplify hotel discovery and make booking more seamless by meeting guests “on the platforms they want to use.” The move positions Accor ahead of competitors still relying on online travel agencies for similar visibility.
The rollout builds on the wider shift toward AI-powered travel search sparked by OpenAI’s expansion of third-party apps within ChatGPT in late 2025. Travel giants like Expedia and Booking.com were among early adopters, using the platform to showcase live travel options to ChatGPT’s hundreds of millions of active users each week.
Accor’s ChatGPT app is now available in over 20 languages and across markets where ChatGPT apps are supported, strengthening the group’s direct distribution and offering a more conversational path for travelers exploring future stays.
