Anthropic has launched Reflect, a beta feature for its Claude chatbot that helps users understand their AI usage over time. The tool shows usage patterns, conversation habits, and whether interactions align with users’ goals. Described as a “Claude Wrapped,” Reflect promotes more intentional AI use. The launch comes as Claude’s user base grows, reinforcing Anthropic’s focus on encouraging thoughtful engagement rather than maximizing user time. The feature is currently available in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users with Memory enabled.
