Karnataka has introduced KEO, an affordable, locally made PC using a RISC-V processor and Linux to enhance digital inclusion. Set for launch by CM Siddaramaiah at the Bengaluru Tech Summit, KEO includes an AI core and BUDDH, trained on the DSERT syllabus. KEONICS chairman Sharath Gowda and IT Minister Priyank Kharge stress its open-source focus and multiple connectivity options like 4G, Wi-Fi, and HDMI.
