Edgistify, a Mumbai-based warehousing and fulfillment partner, raised $1.4 million funding led by NB Ventures and Rajesh Ranavat. Participants included PhysicsWallah’s Prateek Maheshwari. Founded by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Edgistify will use the funds to expand into Tier-2/3 markets and enhance its AI-driven EdgeOS platform. EdgeOS integrates WMS, OMS, FMS, and last-mile operations, streamlining warehousing, order management, and transportation. Edgistify serves FMCG, beauty, electronics, pharma, and quick commerce sectors, managing 1 lakh+ daily orders across 50+ cities.
