Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) plans to build a team of up to 8,900 forward-deployed AI engineers as it expands its AI business. The company is also exploring acquisitions in AI, data security and cybersecurity to strengthen its capabilities. TCS said its AI revenue run rate reached $2.6 billion in Q1 FY27 and recently partnered with Anthropic. The company continues to invest heavily in AI talent, training and enterprise AI solutions.
