MoEngage Expands AI Ambitions with Acquisition of Aampe

MoEngage has acquired AI startup Aampe to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities. The deal follows its expanded $280 million Series F funding round. Aampe’s reinforcement learning and agentic technology will be integrated into MoEngage’s platform to enhance personalization. Aampe founders will join MoEngage, while existing customers will continue to receive support and resources.
